Me and my wife had struggled with finding lenders and negotiating with the sellers. Once I got in contact with Martha it felt like we really gained traction. She immediately was able to secure us a lendor and helped us to convince the seller we were serious about buying. The process was smooth and relatively faster than expected as we had closed within a month after contacting Martha. It was comforting knowing that any questions we had, she was readily available to answer them or point us in the right direction. I would highly recommend Martha Maple and Cutler Homes to anyone for any real estate process as they are professional and made what is typically a stressful process seem simple.

Additionally, she was personable with a great sense of humor, which was a nice bonus when house hunting ~ not all realtors are this way. In the end, we were able to find a great house at $30k under our budget in the highly competitive Columbus OH market.
